With a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 20 years of experience across South Africa, England, and Australia, Lindie brings a wealth of expertise to The Heart & Mind Collective team.

She has worked extensively with children in out-of-home care, adoption, and those facing early developmental trauma and behavioural challenges. Lindie also supports adults grappling with traumatic experiences and depression and anxiety.

Lindie is passionate about Attachment Theory, dissociation, and developmental trauma. She has presented courses and written articles on these subjects, sharing her knowledge with other professionals.

Her holistic approach incorporates evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and EMDR.

Known for her kind and gentle demeanour, Lindie creates a safe and compassionate environment where her clients can open their hearts and minds to healing and growth.
