Leisa Pritchard

Director | Registered Psychologist

I’m Leisa—a registered psychologist passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. My work focuses on autism and ADHD assessments, parenting support for neurodivergent kids, and EMDR therapy for a range of concerns. I take a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, recognizing that every person experiences the world in their own way, and this is something to be respected and celebrated rather than “fixed”.

For parents, I offer a space to explore the joys and challenges of raising a neurodivergent child. I understand how important it is to find support that respects and values your child’s unique way of being. Whether you’re seeking a deeper understanding of their needs, guidance around emotional regulation, help to manage your parenting triggers, or practical strategies for daily life, my role is to walk alongside you in that journey.

For children, teens and adults, assessments can provide clarity, self-understanding, and a sense of validation—whether you’ve always felt different or are just beginning to explore your neurotype. I also use EMDR therapy to support individuals with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and past experiences that may still feel overwhelming.

I aim to create a space where people feel understood, respected, and safe to be themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thorough, drawing from attachment-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based practices. My background as a yoga teacher also informs my interest in the mind-body connection as part of emotional well-being.

If you’re looking for support that is thoughtful, affirming, and tailored to your needs, I welcome you to reach out.
