Registered Psychologist

I'm Antony Gray (Ant), a warm, genuine, and compassionate Registered Psychologist with a particular passion for working with individuals and their families in the trauma and neurodiversity space. I have experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan in various mental health settings, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, crisis support, suicide support services, primary mental health, not-for-profit organisations, and private practice.

I approach my work in a genuine, compassionate, collaborative, and client-centric way to support individuals with a range of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, loss, suicidality, adjustment concerns, psychological distress, neurodiversity, family issues, and navigating relationship issues. I utilise an eclectic approach and can employ the following treatment modalities:
