Registered Psychologist
Anna is a registered psychologist passionate about assisting individuals in making positive changes in their lives using a trauma-informed, strength-based, solution-focused and collaborative approach. Anna utilises evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a focus on attachment and mindfulness including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Anna has 4 years’ experience working in private practice supporting adults with a range of mental health concerns. Anna also has over 10 years’ experience in the organisational development consulting working with clients on a range of talent development initiatives including leadership development, career coaching and workplace issues.
Anna strives to provide a safe, reflective and judgement-free space where each person can feel heard and supported. Anna strives to support her clients in taking steps towards a value-driven life through better understanding themselves and others, changing unhelpful patterns and developing healthier relationships with themselves, others and the world around them.
Anna has an interest in anxiety and related disorders including OCD, panic and phobias; mood disorders; PTSD and trauma; as well as adjusting to major life changes and work-related challenges. Anna speaks Russian and has a conversational grasp of Ukrainian.
